Fast easy slimming

It's summer time . We all wanna go to beach or to swimming pool and wanna look perfect and SLIM .
My idea actually was not for the beach , but just to lose some weight because I gained a lot and so fast when I came to Bulgaria . My mother was always and still cooking my favorite meals . Impossible to resist !!!  But now nearly after a month I said "that's enough" . I really ate enough of all my fav meals . But they r not more important than my physique. So before 10 days I have started my own idea for an easy , REALLY EASY DIET . Basically I am not a fat girl so I can't and don't have many kg to lose. So here is my diet's main points which helped me to lose more than 3 kg for 10 days only.

DO NOT LISTEN to the popular diet idea "EAT LESS BUT MANY TIMES" .  EAT ONLY 3 TIMES A DAY - breakfast , lunch , dinner. As we need to have rest , the same applies to our stomach as well.  

HEALTHY START -with WATER. Drink a cup of warm water to clear your innards and stomach when u wake up before eating breakfast. This helps the stomach to work better. I learned that from my husband in HK =} Warm water is better accepted by human body where cold water is damaging it /Chinese thinking =}/

BREAKFAST - can be yogurt with fruits , salad with bread , or cup noodles , or anything you like to eat and you want to eat in the mornings .No restrictions. Many peoples do not like to eat in the morning and that's where they lose the fight with the weight , in the beginning !
Whenever during the day I feel hungry I drink something - water , juice , frappe , tea .
LUNCH - again everything is allowed . I love eating bread but I controlled myself to eat only one slice. Actually I don't think that bread makes me fat , it's just for stopping me from eating further, cuz turkish/bulgarian meals are very tasty with bread. I don't enjoy eating without bread so that was a good trick for me.
DINNER -eat before 7. But sometimes I had to eat with my parents at later time . The more important hint for the dinner was eating really little . If count it with spoons I can say my max was 10 table spoons of meal again with one slice of bread. Or if I want to eat more I kept eating only tomato and cucumber salad.

And

I were wearing high heels shoes 1-2 hrs even at home to tighten leg and all body muscles  =} . My legs became so soft during my stay in HK bcuz I didn't want to wear high heels there. HK is big and I have no car there . That means I need to walk always for very long distance to get to my destination.And just walking appeared to be not  enough to keep good shape.

P.S. I am not a dietitian . I don't tell anyone to try this diet , because I don't know if there are any side effects . My idea is only to share what my diet was as requested .
