My first Halloween ~ I dressed up as Hello Kitty . Hong Kong - HK - Hello Kitty. =} 

My costume was simple actually. And it was sewed by ... ME! :D 

I look sweet and still normal . Yet so many ppl had dressed up too scary !

Some were blood thirsty VAMPIRES

Some were dark knight BATMAN

Some were scary BEASTS

Some were THE JIGSAW! / my fav / 

Even dogs were dressed up for Halloween .. as angels/demons?!

Some were wicked WITCHES!

One more dark knight who wanted to kill Hello Kitty !

It's a fun night 

Only one night of the year 

Dress up like whatever you want 

Wear sth which you won't wear normally 

I will wait impatiently for next Halloween!

Korean Restaurant in Hong Kong - Best of the Best !

Last week I had the best dinner in Hong Kong so far.

I normally don't like food here . Dirty , bad smell , oily , with sea food ...

Absolutely not for me .

I was lucky to be born in Dulovo , to have a big house and garden . To get veggies , fruits , meat ... all 100% natural from my own "production" . Natural and super tasty. I know many of my friends in my hometown can't understand actually how lucky they are . But talk about life later in another post . This one will be about the great spot for having a nice meal in HK .

TURKISH: Gectigimiz hafta simdiye kadar Hong Kong'ta yedigim en guzel aksam yemegini yedim . Normalde burdaki yemekleri sevmiyorum . Pis , kotu kokulu , cok yagili , deniz urunlu ... Hic biri bana gore degil .

Dulovo'da dogdum icin nekadar sansli oldugumu simdi anliyorum aslinda. Buyuk bir ev ve buyuk bir bahcem vardi . Tum meyveler , sebzeler , et kendi "imalatim"di. Dogal ve harika lezzetli . Biliyorum cogu arkadasim aslinda nekadar sansli olduklarinin farkinda bile degiller . Ama hayat hakinda baska zaman yazarim . Bu post Hong Kongta yemek yemek icin harika bir yer hakinda .

BBQ table . Looks so nice ! I was so excited that i can cook as much as and as many as I want , just like I used to do in Bulgaria . I like 100% cooked meat . My mother used to say that if it is not cooked well and if the animal had some illness that could infect me too ! So I like always 100% cooked meat! And it is more tasty =}

TURKISH: BBQ masasi . Goruntusu bile nekadar harika! Gercekten cok heyecanliydim yine Bulgaristandaki gibi kendi etimi istedigim kadar cok pisirebileceigim icin . Ben 100% pisirlmis et severim . Annem herzaman soylerdi et cok iyi pismis deilse hayvanda olan hastaliklarin bulasmasinin daha riskli oldugunu. Ve o yuzden herzaman 100% pisirilmis et severim.

As well as the unlimited meat the desserts were unlimited too and there were many different kinds

And finally we finished our meal . We had 1:30h time to eat dinner . And it was quite enough . But if it was longer it could be better . But HongKong is crowdy and there is always many ppl waiting for seat. I ate too much meat/maybe 2-3kg haha/ but my hubby ate more desserts. Well yeah , I'm a little carnivorous monster . I know ! I'm just TURKISH :D

TURKISH: Ve sonunda yemek biti 1:30 saat sure icinde. Zaman yeterliydi ama daha uzun zaman olsa dahada iyi olabilirdi .Malesef HongKong cok fazla kalabalik ve herzaman yer bekleyen birileri var. Gercekten cok fazla et yedim 2-3 kilo vrdir belki haha fakat eshim daha fazla tatlilara yoneldi . Evet, biliyorum , ben kucuk bir etobur canavarim. Ne diye bilirim ki , ben TURKUM :D

Ant Egg Oil - Natural Hair Removal

I have shared with you before about hair removal with Silk'n Flash & Go. It's working . But I didn't want to use it for my face(mustaches) and arms because it requires shaving the unwanted hair first before using the laser head. Shaving my mustaches?! Oh no , never! I had to find sth better. So I discovered sth new for these parts.

Ant Egg Oil is used for many years by the Ottoman empire women as natural hair removal treatment. It's 100% natural and there are no side effects. I'm Turkish girl but sadly I have never heard about it before. Hopefully my brother is living in Turkey so he could find me easily ant egg oil and I finally got them , two different brands.

TALA ant egg oil and another Arabic brand which I can't read :D

 I will give a try to TALA ant egg oil first and after 2-3 months I will share with you the results. I'm so excited . I want to be mustaches free finally. I feel more manly sometimes than my husband. He is Asian as you know and Turkish are like apes compared to hair free Asians :D

How I lightened my hair without dying

I have been dying my hair blonde for many year . The result was always golden blonde color which I was very happy with . But I saw some products in the supermarket that made me interested in trying them . I was skeptic actually and thought that they will do nothing probably . And yeah , I was wrong . I want to show  you two very nice sets of hair lightening products which do work .

BALEA - MORE BLOND series - SHAMPOO , CONDITIONER , SPRAY

If there is a DM supermarket near ur house then u must probably have seen these products . Don't wait and go get them and give it a try . Hopefully they r not expensive . Sure the lightening won't work if u have black / dark brown / brown hair . These products lighten ur hair IF it is dyed blonde or if u have natural dark blonde hair at least . 

I have tried the conditioner and the spray . I personally was more satisfied with the spray from this series . It makes my hair so soft . I use it after shower when my hair is still wet . Its softening effect is stronger than the conditioner actually. The lightening effect is slight and visible after 1 month of use.

BLONDTIME  series - Hair Dyes and Silver Shampoo

BLONDTIME products are made in Bulgaria . And surprisingly they work better than the DM's MORE BLONDE products . I have tried the #3 hair dye only once and the #4 shampoo I am still using it. #3 hair dye is working for lightening up to 4-5 shades the hair but it's damaging a lot , like most of the hair dies from this category of lightening .

Fast easy slimming

It's summer time . We all wanna go to beach or to swimming pool and wanna look perfect and SLIM .
My idea actually was not for the beach , but just to lose some weight because I gained a lot and so fast when I came to Bulgaria . My mother was always and still cooking my favorite meals . Impossible to resist !!!  But now nearly after a month I said "that's enough" . I really ate enough of all my fav meals . But they r not more important than my physique. So before 10 days I have started my own idea for an easy , REALLY EASY DIET . Basically I am not a fat girl so I can't and don't have many kg to lose. So here is my diet's main points which helped me to lose more than 3 kg for 10 days only.

DO NOT LISTEN to the popular diet idea "EAT LESS BUT MANY TIMES" .  EAT ONLY 3 TIMES A DAY - breakfast , lunch , dinner. As we need to have rest , the same applies to our stomach as well.  

HEALTHY START -with WATER. Drink a cup of warm water to clear your innards and stomach when u wake up before eating breakfast. This helps the stomach to work better. I learned that from my husband in HK =} Warm water is better accepted by human body where cold water is damaging it /Chinese thinking =}/

BREAKFAST - can be yogurt with fruits , salad with bread , or cup noodles , or anything you like to eat and you want to eat in the mornings .No restrictions. Many peoples do not like to eat in the morning and that's where they lose the fight with the weight , in the beginning !
Whenever during the day I feel hungry I drink something - water , juice , frappe , tea .
LUNCH - again everything is allowed . I love eating bread but I controlled myself to eat only one slice. Actually I don't think that bread makes me fat , it's just for stopping me from eating further, cuz turkish/bulgarian meals are very tasty with bread. I don't enjoy eating without bread so that was a good trick for me.
DINNER -eat before 7. But sometimes I had to eat with my parents at later time . The more important hint for the dinner was eating really little . If count it with spoons I can say my max was 10 table spoons of meal again with one slice of bread. Or if I want to eat more I kept eating only tomato and cucumber salad.

And

I were wearing high heels shoes 1-2 hrs even at home to tighten leg and all body muscles  =} . My legs became so soft during my stay in HK bcuz I didn't want to wear high heels there. HK is big and I have no car there . That means I need to walk always for very long distance to get to my destination.And just walking appeared to be not  enough to keep good shape.

P.S. I am not a dietitian . I don't tell anyone to try this diet , because I don't know if there are any side effects . My idea is only to share what my diet was as requested .

Well for me underarm takes less than 1 min actually 
But for the legs it is really so long and so boring 
Also because it takes too long time, i like to wear sunglasses to protect my eyes , even that they said it is no harm and safe for the eyes .

I repeated the treatments once in two weeks for 3 months 
And after the 3rd month I'm doing it once a month now.

I don't know why but for my underarms to see results it took quite a long time
After the 5th treatment half of the hair was gone 
And even after the 10th treatment i still have some hair 
I probably will keep doing it until all the hair is totally gone

That is happy part . Actually even after the first treatment on my legs i was so happy with the result. 

The hairs grew up so thin and so less. After the 1st treatment only ! 

And because the result was very satisfying i did not really have to do it after 2 weeks every time. And now after 6 treatments I am almost hairfree on my legs . I am so happy !!!
